| In recent years, with the advances of electronics manufacturing technology,Internet technology and E-commerce, it has been the rapid development of the electronics industry. Meanwhile, environmental resource issues, due to improper handling of waste electronic products, is getting to be concerned about. In China, the electronics industry is the pillar industry of national economic. Because of increasingly serious resource environmental situation, the Chinese government gradually attaches importance to dispose of used electronic products and take some measures, legislation and policy support, etc. At present, China’s waste electronics recycling system is not perfect, in which recovered primarily through informal channels, and there is less harmless treatment and no mature behavior game mechanism. To solve these problems, on the basis related studies, the paper made the following research:Firstly, the paper analyzes current research situation of reverse supply chain and waste electronics recycling at home and abroad. And it introduces the related knowledge of Evolutionary Game Theory and its application in the supply chain, As well as application and modeling study of system dynamics.Secondly, the paper discusses the current situation of waste electronics recycling in China, which is leading to deterioration of the environment and resource situation.By the combination of Internet technology and waste electronics recycling, it constructs electronic products reverse supply chain(RSC) based on O2 O under the guidance of ERP, in which manufacturers are leading and multi-stakeholders are involving. Three subsystems processes, containing online assessment, payment confirmation, and recycling, in the RSC is completed, by which analyzes the advantages of RSC.Thirdly, using evolutionary game theory, it analyzes the game action and behavioral game evolution of government, manufacturers and consumers as the three main actors in the RSC. And it seeks the Evolutionary Stable State(ESS) of three participants’ behavioral game evolution by replicator dynamics equations.Fourthly, the paper builds a SD model according to game participant behavior evolution of electronic products reverse supply chain based on O2 O. After the simulation, it is found that there is no ESS in the behavioral game systems when gamestrategy is static incentive. By adjusting the game strategy as a dynamic incentive strategy, participants behavioral game system reaches stable evolution. And it makes suggestions about building and implementing electronic products reverse supply chain based on O2 O.Through the above studies, the paper builds electronic products reverse supply chain based on O2 O, and clear responsibility of the participants involved, including government, manufacturers, logistics service providers, third-party payment platform,consumers, etc. Then, it analyzes the behavioral game evolution of government,manufacturers and consumers and builds a SD model. Finally, by reaching ESS,theoretical and methodological support is provided for recycling of waste electronic products. |
