Research On The Evolution And Stability Strategy Of The Reverse Supply Chain Of Manufacturing Enterprises

Green development is one of the leading concepts of China's economic development,and the implementation of reverse supply chain is a necessary strategy for green development.The implementation of reverse supply chain in manufacturing enterprises can reduce production costs and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Government intervention provides important support for driving manufacturing enterprises to implement reverse supply chain strategy.Third-party regulators should set up reasonable penalties to strictly supervise the reverse supply chain behavior of manufacturing enterprises.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant theories and research results of reverse supply chain,enterprise implementation of reverse supply chain strategy and evolutionary game theory at home and abroad,and points out the deficiencies in the research of reverse supply chain for manufacturing enterprises.Then,using evolutionary game theory,this paper studies the implementation of reverse supply chain in manufacturing enterprises from three perspectives.First,under the market mechanism,it constructs the profit matrix of two types of manufacturing enterprises to implement reverse supply chain strategy,builds the evolutionary game model among enterprises,and obtains the evolutionary stability strategy of the main body through Jacobian matrix and evolutionary phase diagram,and divides the stability of model parameters.Analyse,use MATLAB to demonstrate various evolutionary stabilization strategies when different parameters change,and finally carry out numerical simulation validation.Secondly,under the government intervention mechanism,considering the government's interference in the enterprise's reverse supply chain strategy selection behavior,the government intervention parameters are added to the evolutionary game model of two types of manufacturing enterprises,and the reasonable control values of government intervention parameters are obtained.The results show that the reverse supply chain strategy selection of manufacturing enterprises is related to cost-benefit.Increasing the penalty for passive implementation of the strategy and rewarding the initiative implementation of the strategy will help to improve the enthusiasm of enterprises to implement the strategy.Third,joining the third-party regulatory agency as a game-related party,this paper constructs a three-party evolutionary game model in the process of strategy selection of reverse supply chain,and analyses the evolutionary process of the decision-making changes of the players' behavior and the corresponding conditions of the evolutionary game model when it is in a stable equilibrium strategy.The results show that the strategy choice behavior of the three players depends on the initial state of the players and the selection of the key parameters of the model.Finally,the corresponding suggestions are given to provide reference for the development and application of reverse supply chain strategy in manufacturing enterprises.
