Economic development of globalization, information of network coverage, traffic convenient way into the connection between the city provides the foundation and motivation, the dynamic and real-time, implements the flat and accessible. Traditional hierarchy and size distribution of theoretical thinking and research methods can not fully understand the present problems of communication between cities, urban areas of the coordination and division of labor, complementary relationship between urban network study become a part of the national and regional strategy development. Therefore, the city network of research increasingly important.Based on Ha-Chang urban agglomeration as the research area, this paper selected user attention in 2013, 2015, baidu index data and 2016 inter-city passenger transport flight, and population, economy and other data, using baidu index, relative efficiency index, the index of absolute efficiency, as well as the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis system, using ArcGIS software intuitive to express urban network space structure, double from baidu index and intercity passenger traffic flow analysis Ha-Chang urban agglomeration in the perspective of network characteristics. Comprehensive analysis using the linear regression model of urban network structure influence factor. Finally, from the optimization of space development pattern, strengthening the construction of connectivity, promote the development of economic complementarity, break administrative barriers restrict, train high quality practical talents, improve the overall level of the urbanization on Ha-Chang urban agglomeration in network optimization countermeasures and Suggestions. The results show that:1. Ha-Chang urban network in changing, the rapid development stage. Harbin, changchun is the core of urban network, urban network hierarchy, structure stability as a whole. Ha-Chang spatial differentiation characteristics of urban network connection strength, the direction of the contact space organization characteristics, the spatial structure features of contact nodes. Movements of contact strength and "HaDaQi Mu", "ChangJiTu" two main economic development belt and Ha-Chang urban agglomeration development. Harbin, changchun is a network connection strength’s biggest city, network connection and influence the whole city. Local center city more obvious influence on surrounding satellite cities. Contact nodes show the hierarchical structure features of dual core-edge distribution and structure properties of differentiation.4. In this study, GDP, the number of broadband Internet users, the ordinary university students, the mobile phone users in urban network connection strength to some extent, the influence of the impact on urban network structure; Urban population, the third industry in GDP proportion of GDP, have certain influence to highway mileage of urban network connection strength; Accounts for the second industry produce gross area GDP, traffic density, the proportion of non-agricultural population of urban network pattern of ha long urban agglomeration effect research still has the effects of analysis.
