Research On Economic Contact Between Beijing, Tianjin And Hebei Urban Agglomeration

For a long time, the development of Jing-Jin-Ji urban agglomeration has no clear guidance document. In the early cooperation, the ability to fight for the market and resources, lead to unbalanced development of urban development. Jing-Jin-Ji urban agglomeration collaborative development plan promulgated, Jing-Jin-Ji urban agglomeration to the development of the country to move to the national level considerations. The promotion of economic development of Jing-Jin-Ji urban agglomeration will be achieved by complementary advantages and double-win. Scientific zoning of urban economic linkage structure is essential for improving and optimizing the functional layout of metropolitan areas, as well as for guiding integrated economic development. By the research on course of regional economic contacts, discusses its formation and contents, determines its major contact directions, will be in favor of regional economic division and cooperation, and promotes balanced, sustainable and healthy development of the regional economy.On the base of its researches domestic and abroad,as well as its development features and characteristics,the paper chooses 4 aspects as follows:GDP, population, distance between each pair of the agglomeration and employees of secondary and tertiary industry,as urban economic development and benefit, urban social development with science and education, urban residents’ quality of life and urban infrastructure and environment,to construct index system to measure the synthetic strength of cities. Based on the gravity vector, calculate economic ties strength, economic membership degree, urban flow intensity of 13 cities of Jing-Jin-Ji urban agglomeration in 2002,2008,2014. Classify cities by using SPSS 19.0 clustering analysis and simulated radiation range and influence scope of each city by ArcGIS.The paper comes to the conclusion can demonstrate the following four points.1.Calculate the economic contact strength, classify the city type. Calculate the economic contact strength of 13cities in Jing-Jin-Ji agglomeration, classify the city type base on economic contacts. Beijing and Tianjin are highly connected cities, and Langfang, Baodingand Tangshan are mid degree connected cities. Shijiazhuang, Cangzhou, Xingtai, Handanare general connected cities, Hengshui, Qinhuangdao, Chengde, Zhangjiakou are the weak connected cities.2. Gravitation value between cities determine the scope of urban influence. Modified simulation range of natural conditions and administrative divisions in order to get more realistic urban influence range.3.Calculation of urban flow intensity.Classify cities in the agglomeration agglomeration. In 2014, Beijing is a high intensity City, the strength of the city is Tianjin, the low intensity city is Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Baoding, Handan, Xingtai, Zhangjiakou, Cangzhou, Langfang, Chengde, Hengshui, Qinhuangdao.4.Propose development countermeasure and suggestion on Jing-Jin-Ji urban agglomeration.In the course of the study, found that Jing-Jin-Ji urban agglomeration group was "Core and Periphery Theory" diffusion model.
