Study On The Indutrial Spatial Distribution And Influence Factors In Heilongjiang Province

Industrial structure, layout largely determine the speed of economic development of a country or region, the size and potential of the space industry distribution and change is a hot research scholars, Heilongjiang Province, is one of the northeast old industrial base, strong industrial base, but with the depletion of resources, a number of resource-based cities have entered the historical period of recession and restructuring, and to explore the spatial distribution industry in Heilongjiang Province and its influencing factors in favor of industrial policy, and promote the sustained and stable growth of industrial economy.In this paper, the industrial distribution research based on the theory, the use of the combined effects of rate measures regional differences in Heilongjiang Province industrial development, research in 2004 using industry concentration and location entropy method of combining, in 2008, in 2013 the industrial sub-sector spatial agglomeration the extent and main gathering area, using Arcgis software and spatial expression of the spatial distribution of the major changes in the industry, using industrial structural similarity coefficients measure the degree of structural convergence between manufacturing areas, the use of multiple linear regression analysis of factors affecting industrial space layout.The findings shows that Heilongjiang Province industrial economic efficiency is not high, the market less competitive, development potential, good economic benefits of industry is mainly distributed in the southwest region, the presence of inter-regional imbalance in industrial economic growth. Industry generally high degree of concentration, the overall judgment, technology-intensive industries are more concentrated, followed by capital-intensive and labor-intensive spatial concentration of industry, labor-intensive industries rose relatively resource-intensive industries and capital and technology intensive industries trend is clearly, capital and technology-intensive industries are mainly distributed in Hadaqi industrial corridor. Manufacturing structural similarity coefficient is generally high, industrial structural convergence phenomenon is more evident. Industrial enterprises in the industrial layout tends to a good foundation, a higher level of economic areas, the quality of labor, opening up industrial layout is not obvious. Finally, according to research findings, we propose the optimal adjustment of industrial space layout Heilongjiang measures in order to achieve better and faster economic development of Heilongjiang Province.
