Research On Commodity Structure Of Sino-Russian Bilateral Trade And Suggestions

May 2014 China and Russia issued the "Joint Declaration on a new stage of comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation," it shows that under the joint efforts of China and Russia, bilateral relations have entered a new stage of comprehensive strategic partnership.Among them, the bilateral trade between China and Russia both in breadth and in depth have made considerable progress. With the deepening of Sino-Russian trade, commodity structure of trade is gradually changing. But the structure of a single commodity, high-tech and high-tech issues such as the low proportion of goods has gradually emerged and become a major obstacle to the development of Sino-Russian trade to continue forward. The commodity structure of trade as reflected in the most intuitive indicator of bilateral economic and trade relations, the optimization and upgrading of great significance to promoting the healthy development of Sino-Russian trade. Meanwhile, affected by the global financial crisis, China’s economic slowdown, the economic structure adjustment and upgrading urgently. Trade commodity structure as an important part of the economic structure, the adjustment of its economic structure optimization and upgrading will have a major positive impact. Therefore, the study of Sino-Russian bilateral trade structure has great significance.Paper adopts literature analysis, comparative analysis and empirical research on the dynamic development of bilateral trade commodity structure, the current characteristics and optimizing countermeasures for a more comprehensive discussion. First, according to the trade development speed and high-level visits, bilateral trade between China and Russia will be divided into four stages of the development process, the development characteristics of each stage of the system described. Secondly, according to the SITC and HS classification standard two commodities, import and export of Sino-Russian bilateral trade commodity structure and focuses on a holistic approach.
