Therefore, related project construction developed quickly in recent years. But as the Industrial Product Price Index rising, it affects the heating engineering costs rising, which leading to the large infrastructure investment in fixed assets, and the enterprise would provision for a high proportion depreciation of fixed assets, and also reduced the investment benefits. This will seriously affect the healthy development of the heating engineering construction. Therefore, enterprise should attach great importance to investment analysis of heating project and management control of investment process, and control the investment costs strictly.As for Dengta town of Dahenan heating heat source plant engineering project, it plans to build 1 *70 mw boiler and its ancillary facilities. The factory address is located in the town of Dahenan 7.5 km south by west, which is approved by local government. Meanwhile, in accordance with the overall planning, this project will provide centralized heating for 13 administrative villages and 17 natural villages in the town of Dahenan. This paper is according to the Dengta town of Dahenan heating heat source plant engineering project as the research object. In-depth analysis of the main content of the investment control in each stage of the heating project: Firstly, I started from the investment control and management of the project design stage, focusing on doing the project feasibility study preparation and review; Secondly, in terms of the investment control and management of project implementation stage, focusing on the supervision of the construction site, project bidding and contract management; Lastly, I analyzed the investment benefit of project controls, further defined the limit of the total amount of investment. Through the research on the analysis of the above stages, and then determined the total investment of heating project, at last, in the investment control phase of heating project construction, to achieve the purpose of reduce the cost of investment.This paper is based on the real project of enterprise, and combines with the national situation in the field of heating engineering construction, and the characteristics of local environment, detailed analyzed the heating project construction investment. Aimed at the heating engineering actual situation in the town of Dahenan, I proposed the effective methods and means for the engineering investment control. Hopefully, this paper will be able to provide a reference for the Dahenan heating engineering investment control, and also provide a reference for the investment of same field.
