China's primary energy is based on coal as the main energy, coal power generation industry in China is the dominated form. Thermal power generation enterprise has been a major source of pollution to our environment. Power plant projects heating units has huge energy consumption, pollution quantity production, sewage and the impact concentration range, making the heating unit project's environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. In this paper, based on the researches of domestic and international environmental impact assessment and the relevant literature, we make a research on the power plant heating unit for the post-project environmental impact evaluation. The specific work includes: we make a systematic analysis of the environmental impact of power project post-evaluation of the background, the current research status and research significance; we deals with post-evaluation of environmental impact at home and abroad based on the basic theory, such as sustainable development theory, theory of circular economy, environmental economics, and describe the environmental assessment of China's laws and regulations on the relevant content; According to the project's environmental impact analysis, also refer to the existing index, proposed after the heating unit project environmental impact evaluation index system, determine the evaluation method for determining the weight and comprehensive evaluation methods; On the environment Caofeidian fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is setup, according to the evaluation of the results of the project environment, some the appropriate corrective measures is proposed and a systematic introduction to Caofeidian Power Plant heating unit on the specific measures to improve the environment is setup, such as emissions control measures, noise treatment measures, sewage and waste water discharge control, resource recycling measures, etc.
