Research On The Early Stage Investment Control Of The Engineering Project Of The West Oil Field

Since the second half of 2014,the international crude oil prices are steadily lower.In the normal low oil prices,the development of China's oil companies are deeply affected.the proportion of oil and gas field construction in oil field is more than 1/2.Shixi oilfield as the hinterland of the desert of Xinjiang oilfield had hit "hundreds of millions of tons of" high oil,business development situation is extremely severe,so the Shixi oilfield ground construction investment control of far-reaching significance,not only of Shixi oilfield investment management fine,investment optimization,and also provide a way for the same promotion the management of enterprises.In this paper,based on the domestic and foreign oil field surface engineering projects and analysis as the basis,the combination of theory and practice,to study the cost control of Oilfield Surface Engineering,especially the control of the pre investment control.Divided into three levels,the first is to collect the theory and engineering practice,establish the concept of oilfield ground engineering,project investment control;second,to analyze current situation of the infrastructure project is currently in oil and gas field early investment control,see the essence through the phenomenon;third,after summarized the influence factors of oilfield surface engineering investment control the factors,establish a mathematical model,by using quantitative mathematical model analysis,draw conclusions,reveal the main factors affecting.Attached to the west of the oil field engineering example,and then use the analysis of the results of the project iteration,in view of some specific projects in the west oil field,put forward the guiding significance of the control measures.
