Because of the trade between the two countries with high dependence, especially in the United States is the first country to import Chinese manufacturing products, the United States "re industrialization" policy to promote technological progress and weaken China’s labor cost advantage, slowing investment in China with the speed, will hinder our country manufacturing industry of capital and technology, weakening the dollar, in promoting U.S. exports at the same time, the RMB is forced to rise, inhibition of manufacturing Chinese exports, the United States in order to promote the export of local products, the use of American hegemony to resort to trade protection, as a variety of export products Chinese unfair competition, the deterioration of our trade environment, this series of initiatives that makes China manufacturing market penetration in the United States, revealed comparative advantage index, comparable index of net exports, in the implementation of the policy will go on The overall downward trend, weakening of the Chinese manufacturing industry’s overall international trade competition ability, especially low scientific and technological content of products, although at present also has the obvious competitive advantage, but the advantage is gradually weakened, export share of affected, and medium tech products, due to the influence of the United States and other developed countries manufacturing industry return home and a slowdown in investment in China, destroyed the high-end machinery in our country manufacturing industry development pattern and the medium tech products affected by the larger. In the face of the impact of the "re industrialization" policy of the United States on the trade competitiveness of China’s manufacturing industry, China should take measures to deal with it.
