How to motivate employees to work commitment in the fierce competition, improve the core competitiveness of the organization as a whole, is every enterprise managers concern. In the increasingly fierce market competition situation, internal organizational good leadership and employee relations, enhance organizational efficiency and reduce loss of members of the organization, enhance organizational stability, to ensure that the organization continue to improve and grow. Researchers have found that in the organizational context, a kind of dynamic process of leadership is the essence of leadership and subordinates exchange process. This process includes not only relates to the social benefits of material exchange is also includes psychological exchange. Thus, the urgency and importance of the research on the relationship between the leaders and members of the exchange is obvious. The from leader member exchange relationship from the perspective of explore the impact of leadership member exchange relationship on job involvement, and introduce the work environment as intermediate variables, further study of the impact of leadership member exchange relationship on job involvement is subject to the regulation of environmental impact.Objects in this paper were employees of the enterprises in Hunan Province, the total recycling effective questionnaire of 416, using spss21.0 software. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, based on the analysis of the differences in demographic variables, analysis on the correlation between the three variables, and through hierarchical regression analysis study leader member exchange relationship of public works investment prediction and working environment in which whether to play a regulatory role. Study found that:(1) in this paper, the enterprise staff’s leadership member exchange relations as a whole level and its four dimensions level are not in conflict, which belongs to the middle level on the side.(2) the demographic variables such as gender, age, position and the nature of employees are the important factors influencing the leader member exchange relationship.(3) there is a significant positive correlation between corporate leadership and job involvement.(4) business leaders- member exchange relationships have significant predictive power for job involvement.(5) the working environment in the enterprise leadership- member exchange relationship on the impact of the work put into play a regulatory effect.Based on the findings of this paper, the corresponding management suggestions are put forward. First of all, strive to enhance the leadership of enterprise employees, members of the exchange level and quality, increase staff’s work enthusiasm and loyalty, and ultimately achieve the goal of performance improvement. Secondly, the focus of the work environment is of great significance in the management practice, it is an important factor to attract employees to keep in the company and to encourage employees to work.
