The Research Of Quantitative Assessment Of Ecological Construction Effect

Eco-construction is an effective way to create the ecological civilization, and many scholars have carried out research on the field of ecological construction. But from the perspective of the current research status, more scholars are concerned about how to carry out ecological construction, or ecological building assessment of the large area and other issues, but the research of assessing the effectiveness of the ecological construction especially on the county level is not enough.Therefore, this paper starts research according to this problem.Firstly, this paper analyses the background of ecological construction and research status at home and abroad, and finds the entry point of the research and its theoretical support; secondly uses the logical frame method and expert consultation method to construct the evaluation index system of ecological county (city and district) construction,basing on the research of the domestic and international relevant standards and scholars’ research findings,and uses AHP and CRITIC method to determine the weight of index system; then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced into the field of ecological construction evaluation to construct the evaluation model.Finally, the index system and the evaluation model are applied to Jianghua Yao Autonomous County and finds some problems existing in the ecological construction and then puts forward the countermeasures.Conclusions are as follows:(1)Overall,ecological building assessment scores of Jianghua Yao Autonomous County during2010-2014 increased every year.Ecological construction effect is gradually increased from a poor level to a better level.(2)From the perspective of the improvement room of effects, the ecological construction effect in 2014 is the most evident, followed by 2012,2013, and 2011 was minimal.(3)From the perspective of each grade index membership, with the deepening ecological construction, it has more high-level indicators, fewer low-level indicators, and the mid-indexes gradually become closer to high level.(4)From the perspective of the ecological construction fields, indicators in various fields were at a low level during 2010-2012, especially ecological protection field; during 2012-2014, all fields showed a continuing growth trend, particularly in the field of ecological protection, but compared with it,the economic development and ecological creation fields improved slowly.
