Research On Economic Development Strategy Of Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County In Liaoning

Accelerating the development of minority economy which plays an important role in national economy and defense construction is the national policy of China, and is profoundly significant, for the comparative backwardness has seriously restricted the economic prosperity and cultural transmission of minority regions. It is the inevitable requirement for developing socialist modernization to accelerate the economic and cultural development in minority areas and realize the common progress and prosperity of every nation according to their characteristics and needs. County economy, the basis and importance of national economy, has been unprecedentedly and highly valued as the proposal of "Strengthening County Economy" was raised for the first time in the sixteenth CPC National Congress. Since reform and openness, the economy and society of the minority nationality regions have great progress and development. However, compared to that of east China, it is still backward circumstances. Because the level o frugality legation in the minority nationality regions is very low, the poverty and backwardness mainly embody in that of country economy. How to speed up the development of the country economy of the minority nationality regions under new histories condition and bring forth new ideas, it is the inherent requirement so following step by step the gap between Chinese regions and finally making all the people prosperous, and is also the inherent requirement so strengthening in real earnest national reunification, preserving social stability and safeguarding the unity of the motherland.On the basis of domestic and foreign literature, integrating research methods of the questionnaire survey and study as well as the analysis of qualitative and quantitative, under the guidance of the viewpoint of scientific development, comprising the use of regional economic development, economics and the theory of economic space and methods, basing on economic development of policies, this article does more comprehensive and in-depth study of some important issue for Chinese minority regions on economic and social development. This article analyses the main aspects of Chinese minority regions on economic development issues, these problems mainly include:the economic strength is not strong, total economic output is small;the economic structure is irrational, the economic base is backward;outward economic expansion is not high;the economic feature is not obvious,etc. And constructed the regional economic development strategy for the country, from the featured agriculture, the Industrial Park, the development of export-oriented economy, increasing the proportion of tertiary industry, promoting the process of urbanization, etc, provided a theoretical basis for its economic development.
