Research On Evaluation About Suitability Of Cultivated Land Transference Based On Farmland Grading Results

In recent years, cultivated land circulation speed faster and faster.The area of farmland circulation in China has gone beyond the contracted land area of 30%,at the same time of rapid development,cultivated land circulation also appeared many problems in the process.One was the cultivated land resources condition differences lead to land circulation scale was not big, after the benefit was not good.The other one was some local governments one-sided pursuit of circulation speed and large scale operation in part on the use of the land circulation change after the non-agricultural construction, severely damaged the size of the cultivated land circulation.Land circulation market imperfect made our country cultivated land quantity and quality declining, cultivated land transfer was not standard, also affected farmers’ income.Therefore, based on the farmland circulation situation, find out the various factors influencing the land circulation, and explore the factors for the law of the land circulation is a great significance. Based on the Wenjiang area as the research area of Chengdu city, according to the thinking of farmland grading, Wenjiang area with two adjustable data and 2010 achievements of farmland classification, through the supplementary investigation of other information, such as natural index as background values, select five factors location factors, cultivation convenience degree, the condition of labor resources, value of land and farmers intend as the correction factor, in order to build up the suitability evaluation system.Using structural equation model to determine each factor weight, composite index is identified through correction method, divided by clustering analysis method suitability zoning, use cultivated land figure spot as the evaluation unit to carry on the suitability evaluation of study area cultivated land circulation in 2010, on the basis of the divided into high flow area, moderate suitable circulation area, low flow zone and not appropriate flow area of the four areas. Finally qualitative and quantitative analysis the cultivated land circulation from the aspects of quantity, space and restrictive factors. In order to provide data and theoretical of farmland circulation for support, so as to avoid the blindness of farmland circulation, promoting the circulation of cultivated land orderly and healthy.In this paper, the main research results are as follows:(1) In terms of the quantity, The highly suitable area for of cultivated land circulation is 8166.05 hectares in Wenjiang district, the proportion take form the total arable land in the whole is 58.22%.The medium suitable area for of cultivated land circulation is 2037.62 hectares in Wenjiang district, the proportion take form the total arable land in the whole is 14.53%.The margin suitable area for of cultivated land circulation is 2704.56 hectares in Wenjiang district, the proportion take form the total arable land in the whole is 19.28%.The unsuitable suitable area for of cultivated land circulation is 1117.39 hectares in Wenjiang district, the proportion take form the total arable land in the whole is 7.97%.(2) In terms of the space,the space differentiation characteristics is showing a large concentration and a small scattered in geography spatial pattern of cultivated land circulation in Wenjiang area,which the highly suitable of cultivated land circulation is centralized in the southern district of Wenjiang,and the margin suitable,the medium suitable and the unsuitable of cultivated land circulation is dispersed in the northern district of Wenjiang.Among the villages or villages internal shows that the characteristics of uneven distribution.(3) In terms of the circulation sequence, the highly suitable and the margin suitable of cultivated land circulation should be arranged to be the first area to circulation,the medium suitable of cultivated land circulation should be arranged to be the next area to circulation,the unsuitable of cultivated land should be arranged to circulation after improving the cultivated land quality and the external environment.(4) In terms of the limiting factors, the main factors of the medium suitable and the unsuitable of cultivated land circulation are traffic conditions, distance downtown and arable land rule degrees and so on.
