Employee engagement affects the quality of work and job performance, and then affect the company’s product quality and service level, product quality and service level will directly determine customer satisfaction and loyalty, This series of factors will determine the brand building and company health development. In the current social and economic form, the economy was impacted significantly by manufacturing company which has a huge demand for labor, while the labor requirements are constantly updated and upgraded. Therefore, how to improve employee engagement to help the long-term stable and healthy development of enterprises will be the key to the management of modern manufacturing enterprises in the future.N company is an international well-known brands of cosmetics companies in Europe, the company’s business strategy is towards to the Asia Pacific region, especially in China’s cosmetics market.the company’s management team was under pressure and they believe people engagement is the most key factor for company. To achieve company’s strategy and development goals, N company did a engagemnet survey to all empolyees, through the survey data analysis,The main factors that affect the N company’s engagement was the staff’s career development planning and performance assessment management system. According to the actual situation of N company, N company management team come out the improvement plan to improve employee engagement,so that to keep talents in company and make them more efficient and confortable.
