With human resource management reforming, the enterprise human resource management work has changed from pure personnel management to human capital development and management. More and more enterprises begin to pay attention to employees’ training and developing to exploit their potentialities, which makes them create more values for the enterprises. Therefore, employee career development management is attracted widespread attention. Employee career development management could accelerate and optimize enterprises’ human resources. At the same time it could improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover rate. In this thesis, the present status of domestic and foreign career development management are demonstrated and related theoretical tools about employee career development are introduced, such as 16 types of personality theory, career interest theory, career development stage theory, career anchor theory. Combined with the human resource characteristics in state-owned enterprises, the current situation of NF’s employee career development management is analyzed and the system of NF’s employee career development management is established using the job analysis and related theoretical tools of career development.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1) By using questionnaire survey, the present employee career development management situation and problems of NF, which is a representative of aviation manufacturing company, are investigated and analyzed. At the same time the human resource strategy of the company is generated.(2) For the actual situation of NF’s career development management, the job management system, position rank system, personnel appraisal and training system and other management system related to career development management are rebuilt by using the related career development theory and job analysis method.(3) Based on the employee career development system, some concrete measures are proposed for the successful implementation of employee career development management in the company, including career guidance management, policy conduct and support. Employee career development management system has been implemented and the feasibility of the system has been verified.This project does some useful researches and attempts for improving the quality ofNF’s human resource development and enhancing the company’s competitiveness, which has practical and directive significance for establishing and improving employee career development management system in aviation manufacturing company.
