Nowadays,the times are developing rapidly,knowledge economy transforms market competition into talent competition.As a market entity,enterprises have paid more and more attention to the development of talents to enhance their competitive advantages.In order to enhance the competitive advantage of their own enterprises,in the process of enterprise human resources development,managers also began to explore effective strategies to enhance employees' awareness.,give full play to the potential of employees,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,and organize role input to enhance employee engagement.I hope to explore and explore the potential of talents from all aspects.This paper took yf company as the research object,took questionnaire survey as the main form of investigation,and adopted the research method combining normative analysis and empirical analysis.to make specific analysis according to the needs of enterprise strategic development and employee demands,and to study the specific measures to improve the employee's employee engagement.This paper mainly studies and analyzes from six aspects..The first part is based on the research background,research significance and research status at home and abroad.According to the research objectives and ideas,this paper introduces the research innovations.The second part introduces the theory of engagement degree in detail.The third part analyzes the status quo of YF company employees' engagement on YF company profile,YF company employee engagement survey and data analysis,YF employee engagement survey,and YF company employee engagement survey.The fourth part is the problem faced by YF company's engagement and the analysis of the reasons for the problems.The fifth part is to improve the countermeasures of YF company employees' engagement.The sixth part concludes and forecasts the full text.In this paper,the research can help the management to understand the relevant work demands of the employees of the company to a certain extent.For the enterprise,it has a deep understanding of the training of the employees' engagement,and finds the problems in the management,and then the targeted measures are effectively high.Quality enhances the employee's engagement,thus orderly management and guiding employees' work,and improving the company's advantage from the direction of improving employee engagement.In addition,this article supplements the research on employee engagement to YF companies to a certain extent,and will promote further research and development in related fields.
