Design And Application Research On Intelligent Management Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In China

China’s equipment manufacturing industry has been in a trough, domestic and international market’s demand continues tightening trade since 2008. China’s equipment manufacturing industry must enhance the ability of independent innovation, the value added, and international brand competitiveness, realize the historical leap from large manufacturing country to powerful manufacturing country, and complete the target of "Made in China 2025". With the rapid development of information technology and communication technology, such as internet, networking, cloud computing, China’s equipment manufacturing industry is becoming more and more dependent on information technology, and development of scientific design and intelligent management of equipment manufacturing industry in our country is the key to realize the historic leap.First of all, the advance research on the intelligent management of equipment manufacturing industry in China is sorted out, through the questionnaire survey of the necessity of intelligent manufacturing equipment management, which the date from Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Shaanxi, Sichuan and other provinces through the East, Middle and West Areas of China, make a conclusion that our country is need to research intelligent management of equipment manufacturing industry in urgent. Then research the structure of Multi Agent intelligent management System and the model based on UML for equipment manufacturing industry, including the realization form of Multi Agent System, the modeling method of Multi Agent System, the organizational structure of Multi Agent Systems and so on. Then the intelligent management system based on multi Agent is built. Use the management system in the case of A plant’s train wheels production line, design and application research from the reference structure of the equipment manufacturing industry intelligent management, intelligent management system based on MAS, intelligent management system in rail transit industry.
