Research On The Impact Of Intelligent Manufacturing On Knowledge Innovation Of China's Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

With the advent of a new round of industrial revolution,smart manufacturing has become more and more influential to China's equipment manufacturing companies.Intelligent manufacturing has brought new technologies,new processes,and new knowledge.Knowledge innovation in enterprises is an important condition for companies to maintain their permanent development.At the same time,it is also the foundation for their development.The arrival of intelligent information technology has provided good opportunities and a good atmosphere for the knowledge innovation of China's equipment manufacturing enterprises.Intelligent manufacturing has had a major impact on the knowledge innovation of China's equipment manufacturing enterprises.At this stage,relevant scholars both at home and abroad have carried out the research on the impact of intelligent manufacturing on corporate knowledge innovation,and wrote many theoretical foundations for this,but the impact relationship and path between the two have not been unanimously concluded.Therefore,this article analyzes in depth the knowledge of intelligent manufacturing and enterprise knowledge innovation,and conducts in-depth research on the relationship between the two,and finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving knowledge innovation of China's equipment manufacturing enterprises.According to the research background,purpose and significance of this study,first,the paper systematically elaborated the research status of smart manufacturing,equipment manufacturing companies,and knowledge innovation both at home and abroad,and through the research fields of equipment manufacturing companies,smart manufacturing,and corporate knowledge innovation.The research results are summarized,and the connotations of equipment manufacturing companies,smart manufacturing and equipment manufacturing companies are redefined,the knowledge innovation model of equipment manufacturing companies is analyzed,and secondly,based on relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper studies the The relevant dimensions are divided,and then preparations for the study of the relationship between the various variables are made.Second,by studying the research results of previous domestic and foreign research scholars,this paper details the potential for intelligent manufacturing,intelligent manufacturing,and corporate knowledge innovation.The relationship between competence and corporate knowledge innovation performance is studied,and its impact relationship is analyzed.The relevant hypotheses of this paper are proposed,the research model of this paper is constructed,empirical research is conducted,and empirical results are analyzed;finally,knowledge innovation is targeted at the enterprise.of Rose,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In the further exploration of China's equipment manufacturing enterprises,the potential for smart manufacturing and improve the level of smart manufacturing equipment manufacturing enterprises in China and other aspects of the proposed countermeasures and recommendations.
