International Comparison Of Intelligent Manufacturing Development And China's Choice

At present,mobile internet,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other new generation of information technology are booming,and accelerate penetrating into the manufacturing industry,the manufacturing sector will usher in an intelligent revolution,which will trigger a new round of industrial revolution.Developed countries and regions such as the US and Europe have issued development strategies to cope with the new industrial revolution and Intelligent Manufacturing(IM).China also enter into the historical period of new industrial revolution and the transformation of economic development mode,and also put forward to take IM as the striving direction,promote industrial technological change and industrial upgrading,building a manufacturing power.Therefore,it is of great significance to study IM,a new manufacturing mode that dominates the development of the new industrial revolution.Based on IM as the research object,this article according to the theory of Marx technology progress and capital organic composition,Schumpeter and new Schumpeter technological innovation and evolutionary economics theory as the research basis,use the system analysis,empirical analysis,comparative analysis and field survey research methods,conduct in-depth research on IM.The main research contents include:(1)Explore the general theory of the development and evolution of IM.Analyzes the connotation of IM,its driving force,production organization mode innovation and technology-economy paradigm.(2)Analyzes the global development trend of the key basic industries for the development of IM,including integrated circuits,intelligent sensors,high-grade CNC machine tools,industrial robot,software and information technology service industry.(3)Make an empirical analysis of the development level of intelligent manufacturing in G20 countries.Based on the input-output analysis method,the Intelligent Manufacturing Index is established to measure the development level of IM.(4)Analyze and compare the IM development models of the United States,Germany and Japan,and draw useful experience for reference.Firstly,it analyzes the national innovation system and innovation policy evolution that the IM relies on.Secondly,it conducts an in-depth study on the specific policies and measures to promote the development of IM.Thirdly,compares the development modes of IM in the three countries,analyzes the similarities and differences,and draws useful experience for China.(5)Analyze the current situation and existing problems of IM in China.From the top design,standard system construction and basic industries development,analysis of enterprises and local governments to promote IM development progress and achievement in our country,at the same time analyzed the Chinese IM on the basis of the development,innovation ability and promoting mechanism,leading enterprises,the problems existing in the aspects such as policy planning and talent,clear the direction of effort.(6)Put forward the innovation path and countermeasure of IM development in our country.That is to build a manufacturing power as the goal of the development of IM oriented;Build an IM innovation network led by the government,industry,and closely coordinated by research institutes and universities;Covering the development of IM in important strategic emerging industries;and the implementation of different development advantages and levels of differentiation development strategy.Anyhow,Developing IM is an important opportunity to realize technology leap and increase economic strength.We should pay close attention to and the development trend of the industrial revolution and IM technology-economic paradigm evolution characteristics,grasp the development trend,capability level and specific promotion strategy of intelligent manufacturing in various countries.At the same time understanding the advantages and disadvantages of IM development of our country,building IM development path and policy system that adapted to China's economic and social development,and seize opportunities to accelerate development,realize the goal of manufacturing power and the historic leap of state power.
