| With the continuous development of economic globalization, the competition in the international trade market is intensifying day and day. In the process of the international trade, export trade is in a dominant position. It is because that a country’s economic development and people’s living standards are inseparable from exports. Since the reform and opening up, the development of Chinese international trade is becoming better and better, and it has brought tremendous impetus to our economy, so Chinese international competitiveness in the international market is gradually improving, being in an invincible position. As a large area in central China, Hebei province, which contains the capital city of Beijing and Tianjin municipalities, its international trade is also growing. Since the 21 st century, Hebei’s trade in goods exports accounted for the proportion of Chinese trade in goods exports rose steadily but has remained at around 1.5%, which is too low. At the same time, Hebei’s export trade mode mainly are in general trade and the export competitiveness of electromechanical products and high-tech products is much lower than the southern coastal cities. These problems seriously affect the process of the integration in Jing-Jin-Ji Area. Thus, it is very beneficial for the integration in Jing-Jin-Ji Area to research the exports of goods trade situation in Hebei Province, and to propose recommendations to enhance their export competitiveness.Since the integration in Jing-Jin-Ji Area has become a major focus in Chinese economic construction, our scholars’ researches about the integration in Jing-Jin-Ji Area are gradually increasing, but the proportion is relatively small for Hebei exports competitive research. Most of them is about Hebei’s export commodity structure optimization problem, while they ignore to research the patterns of Hebei export trade, export market, etc. Therefore, this article can fill some gaps in the comprehensive analysis for the export trade competitiveness in goods in Hebei Province, which is one of the few research fields, and it also can provide a reference for more scholars to study the export trade competitiveness in Hebei Province.Based on the analysis and collation of large amounts of data, the writer used the data comparison and the chart analysis to analyze the overall goods exports in Hebei Province, and make a compared analysis with Beijing, Tianjin and other areas. From this paper, you can learn about the specific performance of Hebei’s export competitive weakness. After that, you can verify the weakness through the analysis from the aspects of trade mode, commodity structure, export markets and competitiveness evaluation, etc. Based on that, we use an econometric model to determine the possible impact factors of Hebei’s export competitiveness, draw on the experience of Japan and the Pearl River Delta, and ultimately propose some policy recommendations to enhance the competitiveness of Hebei’s export goods.The innovation in this article is that we compare the goods exports in Hebei Province with Beijing and Tianjin through a lot of data collection to provide a basis for the development of integration in Jing-Jin-Ji Area. At the same time, the writer simply analyzes the export competitiveness in the Pearl River Delta region and Japan to find some experience which we can learn from. However, due to my own limited capacity, less work is done in the research of Hebei’s export trade to the economic in this province. The amount of indexes is relatively rare in the competitiveness evaluation; At the same time, the analysis about the factors which will affect the export competitiveness of Hebei is not comprehensive. In future studies, I will conduct a special study for above problems, and make up for my lack of knowledge, so that I can make a comprehensive and rational research as soon as possible. |
