Metro is the abbreviation of underground railway traffic, subway industry belongs to the rail transportation industry. In recent years, urban rail transit in China obtained great development, line length, passenger number index have increased significantly.Industry scale expansion to bring huge staffing needs, subway staff demand increases every year, employees are the most valuable resource in the enterprise, for enterprise development has a decisive influence. Employee satisfaction become the factors affecting the efficiency of the staff.Take the maintenance personnel of TS company as an example, based on the perspective of human resources management, with in the related theory and methods of employee satisfaction, using investigation method of the service staff satisfaction comprehensive analysis. This paper will focus on the enterprise human resources management present situation analysis and characteristics of employee satisfaction and influence factors, in-depth the actual management of the enterprise to search for and find problems, and actively explore the countermeasures to solve the problem. To discover how to use positive and effective management measures, improve employee satisfaction of maintenance personnel, enhance the quality of maintenance, enhance the management level, enhance customer satisfaction, eventually for enterprises to bring greater benefits.The main content of this paper includes five parts.Chapter 1 Introduction. The purpose of the study, the theoretical and practical significance of the study of innovation and difficult points are discussed.Chapter 2 Literature review. The definition and characteristics of maintenance personnel, through reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature to distinguish between job satisfaction and employee satisfaction, refining the basic point of view of the literature at home and abroad, to lay the theoretical basis for this study.Chapter 3 The research design.According to the actual situation of the sample table design, sample table dimensions and factors to determine, select the survey sample, design the survey program, release the questionnaire and recycling, statistical survey results.Chapter 4 The empirical study of employee satisfaction. Analysis of enterprises and the characteristics of the survey staff, the survey questionnaire survey factors were analyzed, the following findings:(1) On the influencing factors of employee satisfaction, influence the level of salary and welfare for the employee satisfaction is the largest, frontline staff are basically not very satisfied with their salary level, the main reason is the fruits of their labor and the actual salary and performance is not linked to how much amount of work does not affect the final salary(how many; 2) Employees work more hope to get regular comprehensive training, and training is not only the scene teaching, also hope to get more systematic,more diverse training situation, in order to improve the effectiveness of training, research results, although the current training carried out many, but the impact on employees is not large, and not very good to meet the actual needs of the staff;(3) The maintenance staff for their future occupation development direction is not clear, but the promotion of competitive opportunities are not many, so many employees even recognize he was unlikely to get a chance to, produce slack phenomenon;(4) A few people and post matching phenomenon, the company did not a good way to solve this problem.Chapter 5 Conclusion and Prospect. Through the investigation, it is concluded that the countermeasures and limitations of improving employee satisfaction and prospects are discussed.Research countermeasures:(1) The establishment of performance incentive system, and the performance will work to establish close contact with the employees will have a sense of competition;(2)Pay attention to employee training and development, starting from the employee’s perspective, establish a reasonable training system, the appointment of qualified trainers, carry out rich and colorful forms of training, improve the training appraisal system, inspire employees to participate in the training enthusiasm, expand employee growth space;(3)Improve the human resource management system, to achieve a reasonable allocation of post, for scheduling the work of different personnel reasonably, to carry out a variety of extracurricular activities, enhance teamwork, reduce the work pressure of the staff;(4)Promote the enterprise internal communication, improve the internal the communication platform between the upper and lower level and promote exchanges, take a variety of modes of communication, listen to the views of staff, strengthen the power of the organization;(5) To encourage employees to participate in the management, the management work more Transparency, improve the staff’s participation, the establishment of the owner of the spirit of the staff, so that each employee to contribute to the development of the organization’s own strength.The management of employee satisfaction has become a modern enterprise an important management content, deepen the understanding of employee satisfaction, specifies the various elements that affect employee satisfaction, has brought the new direction in order to improve the employee satisfaction.
