Study On Spatial Effect And Influencing Factors Of Innovation Output In Beijing-tianjin-hebei Region

In recent years,innovation has become the main force to achieve balanced and sustainable development of economy society and enhance comprehensive national strength of the country.As an important index to evaluate innovation activities,innovation output can properly reflect innovation capability.Further research of regional innovation output is conducive to optimizing the allocation of innovation resources,enhancing regional innovation efficiency,accelerating the cooperative development of regional innovation.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is one of the most promising regions in China,and it undertakes major missions such as industrial transformation and upgrading,and the rise of the nation.It is an inevitable trend to drive cooperative development of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei by innovation,which is also the most important task of these three places.However,the gap of innovation is large and the level of regional innovation coordination is low.How to effectively improve the innovation output level of the Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly,this paper comprehensively analyses the research status of innovation output and spatial effect at home and abroad,and introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge such as innovation and spatial econometrics.Secondly,this paper selects patents granted and sales revenue of new products to represent innovation output from two aspects: output of technological achievements and output of economic achievements,and use entropy method to evaluate the region innovation output level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.After that,this paper analyzes the temporal and spatial characteristics of innovation output in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region using time series analysis method and exploratory spatial data analysis method.Thirdly,this paper selects six indexes as the influencing factors of regional innovation output in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region such as intramural expenditure on R&D in industrial enterprises above designated size,full-time equivalent of R&D personnel in industrial enterprises above designated size,total enrollment by regular institutions of higher education,etc.Through lagrange multiplier test,robust lagrange multiplier test,likelihood ratio test,Hausman test and so on,the spatial Durbin model with spatial fixed effects and temporal fixed effects is finally selected.And the key factors affecting the regional innovation output of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are obtained.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of innovation output in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and to promote the cooperative development of innovation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from the perspective of innovation subject and innovation environment.
