In recent years, China’s imports of cross-border e-commerce trade developed rapidly. In2014, China’s imports of cross-border e-commerce trade volume reached 605.3 billion yuan,year-on-year growth rate reached 59%, which is 8 times of the general trade import and export growth during the same period, 23 percentage points higher than the export growth rate over the same period of cross-border business. On the one hand, Chinese economic growth slow down, import and export trade don’t perform well. While cross-border e-commerce trade imports are showing the explosive growth, the government introduced a series of regulations and policies to encourage and regulate the development of the industry.On the other hand, Chinese cross-border e-commerce import platform develop rapidly but start late as an emerging industry, the rapid development has also exposed many problems.This article focuses on China’s cross-border e-commerce platform development,first,analysis the development status and existing problems through the view of platform,and then combined with relevant theory and current situation, divided China’s cross-border electronic commerce platform into 10 subdivision, which are M2 C, bonded imported overseas direct mail, self + investment, straight battalion + Free Trade Zone, overseas commodity purchase + direct purchase of bonded, self cross-border B2 C platform, vertical type self cross-border B2 C platform, shopping rebate platform, cross-border C2 C platform,content sharing /community information platform. Then compared them with each other,and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each of them. And did a further analysis through the aspect of the market and policies, divided the imports of cross-border e-commerce development process into three stages, described the characteristics of each stage and analyzed the problems faced in the development of China’s cross-border e-commerce import and policy supervision through the discussion of a series of relevant policies issued by the general office of the State Council, the Ministry of commerce,national development and Reform Commission, the Customs General Administration of quality supervision, inspection and Quarantine. Selected the most representative platform model as well as the platform model with the highest market penetration, Tmall Global and JD Worldwide as a case, did an in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of platform development. Through the above research we can realize the influence factors of China’s cross-border electricity imports. Accordingly from the aspect of policy support,implementation of special management, improve the supervision mechanism, strengthen the supervision of Customs and the aspect of cross-border import platform lifting consumer shopping experience, improving the global logistics system, proposed with some practicalsuggestions, hope to promote the healthy development of China’s imports of cross-border e-commerce platform.
