Chinese ushered in upgrading the development of cross-border e-commerce in recent years,It plays an important role in China's foreign trade structural adjustment and trade growth.After going through the early stage of development,the cross-border e-commerce import platform enterprises benefit from the development of domestic e-commerce environment,the huge market potential of cross-border online shopping,the steady growth of foreign trade and the strong support of national policies.It presents a situation in which industry structure has high concentration and industry echelon keep basically stable.Business model innovation of platform enterprises is an important measure for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and break through industry barriers.H go is a Guangxi's cross-border e-commerce import platform enterprise,which was established in 2016.At the initial stage,the enterprises are developing well.The China(Nanning)cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zone was approved by the State Council in July,2018.which means that the development of H go ushering in new opportunities and challenges.Facing the increasingly homogeneous competition,how to win the market through business model innovation is a difficult problem that enterprises need to solve urgentlyThis paper chooses H go as the research object.At first,based on the theory of business model's 9 building blocks,retail business model structure,virtual value chain framework,this paper tries to construct the elements and analysis framework of business model of cross-border e-commerce import platform.Then the paper reviews the domestic cross-border e-commerce import platform industry development and business model,and describes the status of H go.Secondly,the paper uses the analytical framework to focus on the analysis of the business model of H go,and gets inspiration.Finally,it puts forward some innovative suggestions for the business model of H go.
