Logistics Modes And Optimization Of Henan Fruit And Vegetable Cold Chain

With the rapid development of economy in Henan Province, People’s way of life has changed a lot, a sharp rise in demand for frozen and refrigerated foods. Henan storage preservation technology improves the environment for the development of cold chain logistics, which makes cold chain logistics rapid development. But with the rapid growth in demand for agricultural commodities for fruits and vegetables, cold chain development lags behind, refrigeration equipment facilities is not perfect. A large number of fruit and vegetable of agricultural products losses during storage and transport, thus fruit and vegetable can’t be timely, low cost and high quality to consumers, so that most fruits and vegetables can’t be rapid circulation of agricultural products and value-added, this phenomenon of high-yield farmners often occurs. Therefore, the existing logistics model in Henan must be optimized to solve the problem of circulation of fruits and vegetables, increase farmers’income, which is very necessary.Based on fruits and vegetables cold chain logistics in Henan Province as the research object, the integrated use of literature research, comparative law and the investigation, this paper analyze the status of fruits and vegetables cold chain logistics in Henan Province and summarized logistics deficiencies. Then, by drawing on the experience of fruit and vegetable logistics modes in developed countries, combined with the actual, the paper proposed logistics optimization model of Henan Province in terms of logistics and supply body, logistics center and information platform. By optimizing the logistics subject from the following three aspects such as the logistics supply main, intermediate organizers and sales terminals; using cluster analysis method to determine the logistics center node level; taking Shangqiu city as an example, using the gravity method to optimize the logistics center location; with optimization mode, the paper optimize the design of distribution platform, information platform in order to better facilitate the operation of the logistics of fruits and vegetables. Finally, combining the optimization program is found to lead to smoother operation of the fruit and vegetable guarantee measure.
