With the emerging of E-commerce worldwide, customers’freight demand is also undergoing tremendous changes, featured by small amount, multiple batches, high frequency, etc. In addition, the efficiency of product return service has also become one of the important factors for customers to choose an enterprise. Under the background of green logistics and e-commerce, from the perspective of enterprise development, how to meet customers’ever-changing freight demand efficiently and reduce enterprises’ logistics costs to prevent the loss of potential customers at the same time is a problem that each enterprise is trying to consider and solve. Meanwhile, from the perspective of coordinated development of regional economy, efficient regional multi-warehouse collaborative operation can not only lower urban traffic congestion, but also greatly reduce the urban environmental pollution, which complies with the national requirement for urban sustainable development.Based on the changes of customers’freight demand and the requirement for reverse logistics, it has very important significance to make a research on the logistics project of multi-warehouse collaborative operation based on the actual situations of enterprises and regional economic development. This paper summarizes and analyses the characteristics of customers’freight demand and the existing problems under the background of e-commerce, based on which, this paper also presents a two-stage optimization scheme, combining the research on multi-warehouse site selection and distribution path conducted by international and domestic academics, based on multi-warehouse collaborative operation concept. These two schemes are independent of each other and supplementary with each other. At preliminary planning stage, under the guidance of optimization scheme, combining LRP model, through the consideration of warehouse shifting price and the characteristics of logistics, conduct regional multi-warehouse site selection and location, build LRPSLCSDP model with comprehensive consideration of warehouse shifting price and reverse logistics and find warehouse site selection using ant colony algorithm as well as complete vehicle path planning without warehouse shifting; at operation stage, in combination of VRP model, by considering the different warehouse shifting directions and the demand for reverse logistics, carry out the secondary planning of distribution vehicle path and build VRPSLDP model with warehouse shifting and reverse logistics and complete the optimization of distribution vehicle path with warehouse shifting under reverse logistics by using tabu search algorithm. Finally, based on scenario analysis, by introducing benchmark calculation example design example scheme, solve the two models by adopting Matlab software programming and compare the enterprise logistics costs and other indicators under three scenarios, to verify the utility and flexibility of the two-stage optimization scheme and provide a new thinking in terms of building regional multi-warehouse collaborative operation scheme for enterprises.In face of the actual situation confronted by logistics enterprises under the background of e-commerce and green logistics, the relationship between warehouses is not considered by the original theoretical model, which obviously departs from the actual requirement of society. In term of the following two aspects, this paper proposes improvement measures:for model research, the restriction of no distribution relationship existing between warehouses is broken through and the mathematical model with integrated consideration of warehouse shifting and reverse logistics is built; for theoretical research, two-stage optimization scheme is designed, realizing the concept of regional multi-warehouse collaborative operation by mathematical model, which has met the enterprises’ demand at different stages. Finally, through numerical analysis of example, the flexibility and advantages of optimization scheme are verified, which provides a method and thinking for enterprises to learn from for realizing regional multi-warehouse collaborative operation.
