| Recently, with gradually deepening reform and opening-up policy as well as perfecting socialist market economic system, Industry associations play important roles in assisting government’s management, protecting interests of enterprises, regulating market competition order and so on. However, compared with other developed countries, the industry associations of China are still in the early stage of development. After the 18th Party Congress, China further strengthens the political and economic system reform, and also has made clear requirements for the industry associations. Industry associations are facing the reform of the contents that it will be separated from governments, and itself will be market-oriented and autonomy. In the development of the Industry associations, the employees have already facing some difficulties in psychological contract. Thus, in the process of reform, the psychological contract of the association staff will inevitably be more impacted, which is an opportunity, but also a challenge. Therefore, how to accurately grasp the psychological contract of employees and develop appropriate incentives in view of the existing problems, which becomes a key link in the reform of the industry association.In this paper, the Z Industry Association employees are regarded as the research object and psychological contract theory as the main theoretical basis. Besides, it takes the structural framework of issuing problem-analyzing problem-solving problem. At first, this paper analyzes the theory of psychological contract and motivation, based on the relevant research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars to conduct research and analysis. Furthermore, on the base of analysis of staff incentive mechanism of Z Industry Association and the status quo, it takes the form of questionnaires, interviews and case analysis to investigate effects of employee psychological contract in industry association, and put forward the corresponding problems. Finally, combined with the status of the current situation and Z Industry Association staff, it provides corresponding reconstruction proposals for the reform of the industry association in China.This paper assumes that in China’s Industry Association, different aspects in the society contribute to problems of employees’ psychological contract. Therefore, the reform of the industry associations cannot be unilateral overnight. This paper analyzes four dimensions of Z Industry Association of employee psychological contract, including the transaction, the relationship, the development and the change. Then, it provides countermeasures and suggestions for the industry association of reform and development. It aims to promote the formation and development of the association between employees in mechanism of honesty and credit, as well as good interactive, relationship; promote the smooth progression in the reform of the industry associations and rapid development after the reform of the Health Industry Association. I believe that the solutions proposed in this paper to the problem of China’s industry associations would have a certain practical significance and reference value. |
