In recent years, with the market economy, knowledge-based industries in all theindustrial structure has a core position, relative to the general staff, knowledge workers is thecore of the knowledge capital of the major companies.In addition to the paper contract withthe enterprise, they also have invisible contract, this is the psychological contract. Sameknowledge companies also exist with this contract, restricting each other invisible relationshipbetween the employees and the company. In comparison with economic contract, although thepsychological contract the invisible contract in the hearts of employees and organizations,unlike tangible contract as standard, but it plays a crucial role in the behavior of employees.This article is from the perspective of psychological contract to start to explore theknowledge-based employee incentive strategy. Knowledge workers are primary object ofstudy, research and analysis related to the domestic and foreign psychological contract tocreate a set of motivation for the domestic enterprise knowledge workers; Prepared byreference to the previous scale and combination of knowledge workers characteristics, designknowledge-based psychological contract questionnaire to their needs, combined with the useof software for data processing and analysis. Through a series of analysis, concluded that thepsychological contract staff responsibilities and organizational responsibilities of thethree-dimensional structure with several dimension structure more convincing. On correlationanalysis knowledge worker turnover intention and satisfaction with their own performance orbreach of the psychological contract has a particularly clear correlation regression analysis tofurther define the positive and negative correlations between variables, and finally through thesoftware. Combined with empirical findings, based on the psychological contract ofknowledge workers and puts forward the corresponding incentive strategies to improveknowledge worker job satisfaction, lower staff turnover, employees and businesses are wellaware of their obligations and responsibilities, provide valuable reference value for improvingbusiness performance.
