With the rapid development of economy and the change of people's work and way of thinking,the low efficiency of traditional management mode,low employee satisfaction and negative sabotage temptations seriously in state-owned enterprises have seriously affected the development of enterprises.It is the only way for the enterprises to develop rapidly and healthily and improve the competitiveness of enterprises by establishing an effective incentive mechanism to improve the enthusiasm of employees.In this paper,the author studies the incentive mechanism of electric power design company C,a state-owned enterprise,based on the theory of psychological contract and the theory of employee motivation.At first,this paper introduces the domestic and foreign research on the theory of contract and incentive,and makes an in-depth analysis of the characteristics and interaction of the psychological contract and incentive mechanism.Secondly,the research on the current situation of staff incentive of electric power design company C is carried out.The motivation questionnaire is investigated from three aspects of transaction dimension,development dimension and relationship dimension of psychological contract to find out the problem of incentive mechanism in human resource management.Considering the analysis results of the problem and the characteristics of the design company and the perspective of psychological contract,the paper establishes a three-dimensional incentive model utilizing advanced incentive mechanism theory,which consists of incentive principle,incentive mechanism and incentive safeguard measures.Finally,the paper makes out the optimization scheme of incentive mechanism for company C,and makes the corresponding improvement measures to ensure the implementation of the incentive mechanism,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the staff management effect of company C.The optimization of C company incentive mechanism can promote the healthy and sustainable development of company C,improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and provide new ideas and methods for the development of human resources management reform.Also it has very good practical significance on the incentive mechanism construction of company C and the related state-owned enterprises.
