The Study Of The Chinese Fruit And Vegetable Consumption Based On The Human Body Health

With the progress of living standard, health of the residents in our country receive more attention. This paper focuses on the main fruit and vegetable selection and their consumption prediction, assessing the health of the population, providing reasonable consumption strategies for Chinese residents. We mainly from the above aspects to exploration and research.Firstly,this article has carried on the statistical analysis of all fruit and vegetable and used 0-1 fuzzy programming model to screen the main fruit and vegetable varieties. And then we obtained 10 kinds of main fruit and vegetable varieties satisfy the needs of research in nutrient and content. According to the fruit and vegetable yield of 2003-2013, attrition rate, import and export data calculate the consumption of residents in our country. Using the grey system theory prediction provide ten kinds of main fruits and vegetables annual consumption until 2020.Secondly, selecting minerals, dietary fiber and vitamins become the main evaluation index, then establish the weight model. The residents in our country is divided into five kinds of people. Specifically, children, teenager, adult (except pregnant women), pregnant women and the elderly. According to its proportion calculation the whole of our country, we can compare dweller current intake of nutrients and the standard intake with the given weight model. It is concluded that at present residents of our country in nutrients intake level is not very reasonable, and serious shortage of dietary fiber and minerals. But with the passage of time, the residents pay more attention to the intake of fruits and vegetables, the nutritional index slow growth, and the excessive nutrition intake until 2020, that lead to the health of the residents tend to worse.On the basis of the study, we can find reasonable consumption strategy. According to the similarity of main fruits and vegetables, we can divide 10 kinds of fruits and vegetables into five categories with clustering analysis. A combination of fruits and vegetables, with the lowest purchase cost and the health needs of residents in different seasons was proposed by the MATLAB.Finally, according to the research of this paper, we put forward the planning of fruit and vegetable industry market in China.
