Analysis On The Layout Of Manufacturing Supplies In Assembly Workshop Of CZ Vehicle Company

With the development of automobile industry, The optimization analysis of production logistics is the key to the development of the automotive industry. The assembly shop’s logistics of automobile manufacturer is a complicated systematic project, involving many factors. With the review status and problems of CZ assembly workshop as the starting point, the main bottlenecks and problems of the assembly workshop logistics layout analyzed by analysis of the logistics of CZ company assembly workshop. Assembly workshop of the logistics distribution optimization scheme is put forward by the case method and the theory and practice method, coupled with the implementation of the new plant construction effect.Firstly, the background and significance of thesis research, thesis main content, ideas and approaches and innovations is mainly presented. Based on the theory of production logistics, the theoretical basis and technical guidance is provided for t for the construction of a new factory assembly and logistics area layout system. Secondly, through the actual research survey of production logistics in CZ factory assembly workshop, the excessive problems of the original factory were inventory surplus, congenital deficiency of the layout of logistics, the reservoir distribution chaos and low utilization of staff and logistics equipment. Thirdly, according to logistics problems of CZ company assembly workshop, on the basis of the advanced production logistics area layout, the layout direct sequence logistics distribution mode, the layout of One-Kit system structure, the layout of materials logistics area and the logistics personnel distribution were respectively studied by combining production status, the new plant logistics demand and reservoir area layout scheme. Finally, the main conclusion of research papers and the insufficiency in research were presented by the combination of theory and practice in CZ assembly workshop, in order to guide the logistics system of the actual assembly workshop.
