Study On The Development Level Of Ecological Agriculture In Hubei Province

In recent years, Hubei Province as China’s agricultural province and major grain producing province, in terms of the development of agriculture made great progress, all crop production has been increasing year after year, agricultural industrialization is becoming more and more mature, the income of rural residents also innovates repeatedly tall. However, in the future development of agriculture in the direction of ecological agriculture, there is still a lack of ecological agriculture in Hubei province to increase the number of inputs, but also some achievements, but also encountered a lot of problems. In this paper, the development of ecological agriculture in Hubei Province, the vertical and horizontal analysis, designed to provide some ideas for the development of ecological agriculture in Hubei province.The article is divided into six parts.The first chapter is the introduction part mainly elaborates the background and significance of this topic, has been on ecological agriculture research at home and abroad to do a review.The second chapter is about the theoretical basis of the study of ecological agriculture, ecological agriculture, industrial economy and sustainable development theory is briefly described in order to serve as the theoretical support for this study.The third chapter is a longitudinal study of ecological agriculture development in Hubei Province, namely to Hubei Province since 2004 to 2013 decade of development on the line data processing, in order to evaluate the the ten years in Hubei Province’s ecological agriculture development level. This paper in this paper, 27 indicators of ecological, economic and social benefits and belong to the construct ecological agriculture development evaluation system to evaluate each year. According to the analysis results, Hubei province has a great progress in the development of ecological agriculture in the past ten years, but there are still many problems.The fourth chapter is the horizontal comparison of the development of ecological agriculture in Hubei Province, the main components of the use of cluster analysis method, in the cities of the state to carry on the classification of them at the same time. In accordance with the ranking results, Shennongjia forest region because of its advantages in the ecological environment in the first place, while Wuhan due to lack of resources and agriculture accounted for less than sixth of the proportion of GDP and other reasons. Ecological agricultural development of cities and prefectures are divided into five categories according to hierarchical clustering results, Shennongjia is first class, Shiyan, Yichang City, Xianning City, Enshi Tujia Nationality Autonomous State for the second category, Ezhou City as the third class,(Wuhan City, Huangshi City into the four categories, and the remaining nine city for the fifth class.The fifth chapter is through the first two chapters analysis on Hubei Province overall municipal and state of ecological agriculture development level of the problems affecting ecological agriculture development in Hubei Province. The factors that affect the development of ecological agriculture in Hubei province are: the low level of organization of agricultural production, the lack of awareness of the community to the ecological agriculture, the Government’s policy and financial support for the development of ecological agriculture is short, the pollution of agricultural environment has become more and more serious, the investment of agricultural science and technology services is less.The sixth chapter is according to the influencing factors is to put forward the policy recommendations: improve level of the agricultural products processing, bigger and stronger enterprises, great efforts should be made to strengthen the propaganda of public opinion, the development of various investment channels and sales channels, for the management of agricultural pollution to resolutely, agricultural science and technology to promote.
