Along with the widening of reform and opening and deepening of market economy, state-owned enterprises are facing increasingly severe competition situation. State-owned economy is an important part of our national economy, and state-owned enterprises occupy a dominant part of the state-owned economy, take the extremely important responsibility. For any enterprise, human is the key resources of them at present, there are a lot of problems in the state-owned enterprise human resources management, the employee motivation is the key part of human resource management, also facing the inevitable shortcomings.LA company is a typical state-owned enterprise, by investigating, the follow problems in the incentive System have been found:The salary system is not reasonable, the enterprise payment relate to position closely, there exists small difference between employees, and it is difficult to reflect the ability of employees; The performance appraisal system is not perfect, it lack of quantitative standard, moreover, its process is not apparent, which cause imbalance in employees; Training system is not sound, the promotion channel congestion, Enterprises lack of complete training system, the training content is deficient, the form is single, the staff can not see the hope of promotionIn view of this, this paper uses many kinds of research method, collecting related materials about enterprise incentive mechanism construction. I have put forward many actions and ideas to improve incentive system, these actions and ideas are based on theoretical knowledge and methods which I learned in MBA courses and my experience in this company.
