The state-owned enterprises have important influence on the state operated economy and social stability.The reformation of state-owned enterprises is the central link of the reformation of our economic system,which is the key to complete the implementation of national policy and the reformation of the income distribution system.Therefore,it bears a huge social responsibility.In recent years,the reformation of state-owned enterprises has raised more and more concern after being in season.There are many researches made by the theoretical realm and the operators of enterprises human resources.While,there are few further discussions about the overall structural contradiction of the state-owned enterprises'distribution system in season.The design idea of the whole staff salary system is also seldom mentioned.This paper adopts the way of questionnaire,interview,and comparative analysis and so on,aiming at the salary problem of some reorganized state-owned enterprises in order to put forward the effective solutions which can be regarded as the significant operation scheme dealing with the salary system redesign matters in the process of distribution system reform of state-holding listed companiesFirstly,this article uses the method of literature analysis to summarize the theoretical achievements and the latest progress of compensation and incentive research at home and abroad.Secondly,it analyzes and concludes the current situation of the listed state-owned enterprises' compensation management in China,which is re-organized according to modern corporate system.Also,it finds the problems which enterprises have in compensation.For example,the irrelevance between compensation strategy and development strategy,poor basis of compensation management,unscientific compensation system design,unsystematic compensation system,compensation levels which is out of the market,as well as the ambiguous purpose of compensation reconstruction.In addition,from the three aspects,including the reasons of history,design and management,it finds the causes of the compensation problems which the restructuring listed state-owned enterprises.On this basis,taken the compensation theory,incentive theory and state-owned enterprises reform policies as a guide,it puts forward the solution to the compensation problem.Lastly,this text based on the restructuring state-owned enterprises SD companies as an example,by looking for enterprise's compensation issues,analyzing the reason,and systematically putting forward the compensation reconstruction scheme of enterprise's executives and ordinary employees and secondary enterprise's salary management,which mainly reflects the targeted group classification design staff,as well as the incentive and constrain should be synchronized,and short,medium and long-term incentive measures synchronization design thoughts.Due to the short length and my restricted ability,there are many deficiencies in this article.I will continue to pay attention to the state-owned enterprises and their distribution systems after being in season.I will also have further researches on system implementation,continuous improvement and so on after state holding listed companies go through compensation system recreation.
