The Research And Evaluation About The Degree Of Coupling Between Leisure Agriculture And Beautiful Countryside

Leisure agriculture is on the premise of ecological protection and also is a multifunctional industry which gets agricultural, traveling and culture together on the base of farmland landscape, rural culture and customs, human habitation and natural environment. Developing leisure agriculture will be beneficial to enhance the quality of agricultural, to improve countryside environment, and to make local farmers increase incomes, and to enrich citizens leisure consumption patterns. The beautiful countryside is to respect for nature and protect the nature as the principle, to protect and inherit the local culture, folk custom, improve the rural public service infrastructure construction as the goal, to plan scientifically and regulate the rural ecological environment and living environment.The construction of beautiful countryside is of great significance to promote the development of agricultural production and increase farmers’ income, and to realize the harmonious and sustainable development between urban and rural areas. The construction and development of leisure agriculture and the beautiful countryside need to rely on the common foundation, and have consistent development goals, in order that both of two shapes can be achieved in the process of resource sharing.Both of them interact and influence each other. The construction of the beautiful countryside is the foundation of the development of leisure agriculture, and the development of leisure agriculture is helpful to promote the construction of the beautiful countryside.Based on consulting extensive literature, this study summarizes the theoretical basis of the coupling degree evaluation of leisure agriculture and beautiful rural cooperative development.In Zhangpu County as the study area, on the investigation of the local leisure agriculture and beautiful rural development and construction situation, relevant indicators are selected according to the typical, scientific, systematic, hierarchical, and practical principles. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) analysis method to construct the leisure agriculture and the beautiful countryside coupling evaluation system, and according to the Delphi method to calculate the weight of each index value. Through the establishment of the corresponding evaluation criteria, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the development level of leisure agriculture and the beautiful countryside in Zhangpu County, and the scores of each index factor in the coupling evaluation system were obtained; Constructing evaluation model of leisure agriculture and beautiful countryside coupling degree, determining the total contribution value, the coupling degree function and degree of coupling coordination function and dividing coupling coordination degree criterion; Doing Empirical analysis on the degree of coordinated development of Zhangpu County Leisure Agriculture and the beautiful countryside of coupling, calculating coupling degree and coupling coordination, and then the degree of coupling of the two are judged and analyzed on further step.Through the calculation of the Zhangpu County Leisure Agriculture and the beautiful rural cooperative development of the coupling coordination degree F=0.7925, not only the two belong to the intermediate level of coordination but also the coupling relationship is close to good. According to the scoring results and coupling degree measurement and calculation,it is proposed that to do a good job of leisure agriculture and the beautiful countryside coordinated development planning,to encourage both strengthen industrial integration and collaborative innovation, to improve countermeasures and suggestions about security system of the coordinated development is needed, which will promote the Zhangpu County leisure agriculture and the beautiful countryside coordinated development and provide guidance for the interaction of local industry and regional development.
