Study On Coupling Development Mechanism Of Leisure Agriculture And New Urbanization In Jiangxi

This paper starts from the coupling development connotation of the leisure agriculture and the new urbanization in Jiangxi Province,combing the coupling development mechanism and dynamic mechanism of leisure agriculture and new urbanization,constructing quantitative evaluation index system and evaluation methods,and put forward coupled countermeasures of the leisure agriculture and new urbanization of Jiangxi.To give quantitative evaluation from the time and coordination evaluation on Jiangxi’s leisure agriculture and new urbanization coupling degree from 2009 to 2013 by using the coupling model,The results show that:1)From the overall view, the trend of comprehensive development level of Jiangxi’s leisure agriculture and new urbanization is on the rise.2)The coupling degree of Jiangxi on the timing performance is in the initial stage of development, the various elements among the coupling development system’s synergistic effect is not strong.3)The coupling-coordination degree is on the rise, but all the past five years tested are in disorder.The coupling degree are in low coupling level,and the coordination level need to be further improved. 4)From the contrast type of the comprehensive evaluation index of leisure agriculture system and new urbanization system, Jiangxi’s leisure agriculture development is faster than the new urbanization development,which shows that the comprehensive development level of leisure agriculture is higher than that of new urbanization in the same period.The coupling development between leisure agriculture and new urbanization in Jiangxi should adjust the structure of leisure agriculture development mainly by the layout optimization, feature integration and so on to play the combined effect of leisure agriculture.Through this can guide new urbanization development and promote coordinated urban and rural, cultural transmission and achieve coordinated development of leisure agriculture and new urbanization.Secondly,building a coordination mechanism by information platform construction,attract personnel comeback to rural area, cultural feedback.Finally, improving the security mechanism from the policy, talent, technology and other aspects.
