Longchang County “Four Modernizations Coupling Effect” To Promote The Construction Of Beautiful Village

The rural construction,as a systematic project,It is a long-term strategic plan for the development of a country,The construction of a beautiful new village is one of the important links in the development of rural areas in China.It is the promotion of the construction of the new socialist countryside with the characteristic socialism of our country.A great change has taken place after the 18^th National Congress of the CPC.Accordingly,All over the country,in accordance with the requirements of the development and planning of the central ecological civilization,the construction of a beautiful new village is actively carried out.―four modernizations Coupling effect‖has been proposed by Longchang County of Sichuan province to promote and implement the new conception of happy and beautiful rural construction.Great achievement have been reached in the aspect of the characteristic village cluster,the characteristic industry scale,the infrastructure integration and the pubic service.Through several years of very fruitful work,Longchang County has taken on a brand new image but also provided valuable experience for the counties of the same type.This paper takes Longchang County’s beautiful countryside construction as the research object,By analyzing the different measures taken by Longchang county government to build beautiful new villages according to local conditions,and based on the analysis of the land use situation,the restrictive factors of beautiful countryside construction in Longchang county were concluded.In addition,in order to better summarize the construction experience of the beautiful countryside,the paper bases on the Researches home and abroad,as well as the concept of―The construction of a new village‖and related theory,analyzes the key factors and the effect in the construction process through literature,case analysis and empirical study.It summarizes Longchang county experience of―four modernizations Coupling effect‖in promoting characteristic village cluster,the characteristic industry scale,the infrastructure integration and the pubic service.On the other hand,it offers some suggestions for the regions similar to Longchang county to advance urban and rural construction and economic development.
