Communique of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC has lighted the way of deepening the reform of science and technology system, and establishing a sound mechanism to encourage original innovation, integrated innovation, and an borrowing and learning innovation, so as to strengthen the dominant position of enterprises in technological innovation. The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC pointed out that up against the increasingly fierce international development competition and the change in our country’s boost for development, innovation must be a priority, by creating a system to encourage innovation and by shaping more innovation-driven and more leading example of development. The current economic development of our country has entered a new normal, and in order to build an innovation oriented country, our country has adopted a series of policies to promote innovation of both enterprises and individuals. Facing the call of the new era and new circumstances, it has attracted more prevailing attention of theorists and practitioners to advance entrepreneurial innovation by promoting innovation of the staff, especially R & D personnel.Since Schumpeter (1912) has put forward the innovation theory, it has been of great importance for adapting to the international environment featured with rapid development of knowledge-based economy and building an innovation oriented country, which starts from combining technology with economy to boost innovation to focusing more on people, the innovator. Innovation is driven by individuals, so the key to entrepreneurial innovation lies in the functioning of the individual innovation."Men are not saints, to err is human", "error" as a common organizational behavior, is inevitable in any workplace. Individual in uncertain environment inevitably encounter error, employees of enterprises unwillingly make error especially when exploring the unknown under new working condition or developing new technologies to meet new demands. Thus how the organizational culture responds to error will have a direct impact on innovation willingness and innovation behaviors. This study aims to discuss the impact of the error aversion culture on individual innovation in error-occurring environment, the regression effect between the insider status cognition as intermediary variables and innovation, and test whether the Chinese traditionality has influence over the error aversion culture and innovation behaviors. Through the questionnaire survey and the theoretical model of the empirical analysis, the conclusions are as follow:1. The reverse prediction of employees’innovation behavior through error aversion culture that individuals sense has worked out. The less tolerant the culture, the harder for the employee to show innovation behaviors. And the more tolerant, the easier.2. The reverse prediction of employees’sense of insider status cognition through error aversion culture that individuals sense has worked out. The less tolerant the culture, the weaker the sense of insider status cognition the employee will feel. And the more tolerant, the stronger.3. The forward prediction of employees’innovation behavior through a sense of insider status cognition has worked out. The stronger the sense of insider status cognition, the more frequent appearance of innovation behavior. And the weaker, the less frequent.4. The error aversion culture the individual senses works through the sense of insider status cognition and affect his innovation behavior, in other words, the sense of insider status cognition functions as intermediate.5. The forward prediction of employees’innovation behavior through Chinese traditionality has worked out. The more traditional the employee is, the easier he will demonstrate innovation behavior. And the less, the harder.6. Chinese traditionality has not worked out in predicting employees’innovation behavior against error aversion culture. This study is divided into the following six parts:The first part is the introduction, which mainly includes the research background, purpose and significance, research methods and ideas and the possible innovations of this study. The second part is literature review, including the review of error aversion culture, creative behavior, insider status cognition and Chinese traditionality. The third part is the theoretical basis and research hypothesis, providing support for the interrelationship of error aversion culture, innovation behavior, insider status cognition and Chinese traditionality, and accordingly establish theoretical model and put forward the hypothesis, making theoretical preparation for empirical analysis. The fourth part is the research design, which mainly describes the choice of research methods, the use of the measurement scale and the sample characteristics, as well as data and methods for preparing for the empirical analysis. The fifth part is the empirical analysis, using the relevant statistical software to explore the relationship between the error aversion culture and creative behavior, the insider status cognition cognition and the Chinese traditionality to verify whether the hypothesis is established. The sixth part is the conclusion of the study, management suggestions and prospects. Review the empirical analysis results, conclude the study, revise the theoretical model and put forward the management practice recommendations. Point out its deficiencies and propose future research direction.
