Nowadays, the economic situation is constantly changing and the international competition is increasingly intensifying, therefore, how to strengthen the competitive edge of enterprises which could lead to be invincible, is becoming the hot topic in the field of management. Employees are the core of the enterprise and the enterprises innovation means staff innovation, thus to promote innovative behaviors of staff and to improve the enterprises performance are the most important issues. However, high quality of leadership is the critical factor to inspire the novel idea of employees. During the course of the research on team organization,scholars realized that leadership is a power-sharing process that improves people's individual and collective capacity to effectively finish their task and shared empowering leadership thus gradually attracts many scholars' attention.This paper explores the relationship between shared empowering leadership and employee's innovative behavior and introduces perceived insider status as an intermediate variable. Also this paper introduces employee's gender, marital status and age as control variables and discusses the relationship between shared empowering leadership and employee's innovation behavior. In this study,take China's corporate staff as the research sample, and collect 318 valid questionnaires by using SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 statistical analysis software. And the analysis techniques include descriptive statistics, normal distribution analysis, internal consistency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling analysis. The results of empirical research shows that shared empowering leadership has authorized a significant positive impact on employee's innovative behavior and perceived insider status partly functions as an intermediate variable between these two variables. At the same time, gender, marital status and age of employees have different impacts on the relationship among shared empowering leadership, perceived insider status and employee's innovative behavior. Finally, based on the empirical findings, this study describes the academic value, puts forward the corresponding management recommendations,and discusses the future research direction.
