In this paper, HYT limited liability company (Beijing), for example, research and analysis of their current pay system, personnel structure, the structure of the compensation system, compensation strategy, proposed reforms for the defects and shortcomings of their existing salary management system in order to achieve reasonable employment, reduce employment costs, reduce manpower investment risk, the purpose of improving the ROI of enterprise human, so the manpower to provide strategic support to businesses, to provide the impetus for the sustainable development of enterprises.Based on the current situation HYT LLC profound analysis and dialectical understanding staff of the enterprise existing pay standard, pay system views and opinions through questionnaires, through data analysis and modeling, to find HYT limited liability company existing salary management system salary system, salary structure, problems and shortcomings, combined with excellent management experience andmeans of solving these problems, and construct new, reasonable and feasible compensation system, salary management regulatory approach.
