At the beginning of twenty-first Century,China took the opportunity to enter WTO and the rapid development of economic globalization.The level of national economic development has been greatly increased.The Gross Domestic Product has got to the second position in the world,and the industrial and technique is also improving much more.Domestic enterprises has integrated into the international market competition gradually,the competition between enterprises has become to be in all factors,that included the product,management and personnel and so on.It is necessary to optimize the internal talent environment construction in enterprises for gathering talents,and there are many methods to choice,but the most direct and the most significant effect of the incentives is building a scientific and perfect the salary system and salary promotion mechanism.The transformed scientific and research institutes,is a kind of special organization in transition of China’s economic from planned economy to market economy.CJ Company as a state-owned institute,in order to keep the development of enterprises,it need to analyze the problems and shortcomings existing in old salary system,and design a new one with fair and incentive.The compensation management system of company should be scientific and reasonable,and more attractive and more competitive.This paper takes the designing compensation system of CJ Company as the research object.The research based on theories of compensation from the domestic and foreign experts and scholars.I analysis problems such as compensation system not matching company strategy,the less channel to salary increase and salary and weakly relevance between the compensation and performance and so on.According to the Features of the industry,business,technique and personnel elements of CJ Company a,put forward the new compensation system for CJ Company,that focus on compensation framework,job design,ranking standard and location coefficient about company.And finally a set of CJ Company compensation system was built up.After the compensation system was applicated in CJ Company,the new system has taken good effects,and realized the prospective target basically.
