Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, its stable development is to ensure national political stability, economic development and the premise of improving people’s living standard. China always advocates to develop agriculture by policy,science and investment. So the development of agriculture not only need the national policy, but also the enthusiasm of all society. Agriculture science is the most potential and possible to develop agriculture, therefore agricultural science plays a pivotal role to develop agriculture.To develop agricultural science, we can through independent innovation, as well as introduction of foreign mature agricultural technology and equipment to speed up the pace of development. Industrial agriculture is the representative of frontier agricultural science, which is a higher level of facility agriculture, “Industrial agriculture” was first presented by Chinese Scientific and Technological Commission in 1994, the level of industrial agriculture has been increased considerably in the past 30 years, but compare with developed country is pretty much undeveloped. In this article, the research object is importing foreign mature industrial agriculture project, with enterprise as the research subject to analysis the economic benefits and risks, also deeply study the key issues.This article mainly divides into five parts: The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of this article, summary of industrial agriculture research and problems need to be solved; The second part introduces the concept characteristic and development of industrial agriculture, elaborate its development prospects; The third part is theory surveys, study an appropriate method of financial analysis, and economic analysis based on it; The fourth part is the case of “5000 tons of industrial mushroom project”, calculating the financial analysis, economic analysis and risk of the project, then deeply study value-added tax, the economic benefit of different technical scheme and scale benefit; The fifth part is conclusions and suggestions, based on the conclusion and combined with the current situation of the development of industrial agriculture in our country, pointing out that some import issues should be focus on,giving specific proposals, raising the efficiency of capital to speed up the pace of industrial agriculture.
