Finally, the concrete reason puts forward the countermeasures of protection of grain production in Liaoning province:strengthen infrastructure construction, improve the level of food science and technology and professional, improve the enthusiasm of grain farmers to form a positive incentive mechanism, etc., to build a food production industry in Liaoning province protection mechanism and compensation mechanism of industry injury.
