The Research On Influence Of Urbanization Of Liaoning Province On The Increase In Farmers' Income

Agriculture is the foundation of national economic development,ensuring the sustainable and steady development of agriculture is directly related to the stability of our national economy and the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way.The peasant problem is the crux of the development of agriculture,and increasing farmers' income is the core of the farmer problem.Can effectively promote the increase of farmers' income is related to hundreds of millions of peasants' survival issues and social stability.At present,China's rural economic development has made great progress,but there are still a large number of surplus rural labor force,how large and effectively transfer and absorb the surplus rural labor force has become the key to increase farmers' income in the current situation,the fundamental way to solve this problem is to promote the development of urbanization,improving the level of urbanization development,accelerate the process of absorption and transfer of the agricultural population,increasing the income of farmers.The urbanization rate of liaoning province in 2015 was 67.35%,ranked in the provinces and regions in second,the development of urbanization at a high level,liaoning province is a major agricultural province in China,has good enlightenment and reference significance to study the relationship between the urbanization level and the income of farmers,but also have a good guiding significance to improve the the income of farmers in liaoning province.This paper takes the influence of liaoning province urbanization on increase of farmers' income as the research object,firstly describe the theoretical basis of urbanization and urbanization to increase the income of the farmers,and then based on the data of the statistical yearbook of liaoning province,to analyse the present situation and characteristics of farmers' income in liaoning province,using the evaluation index system to evaluate and calculate the development level of urbanization in liaoning province,this also provides a more accurate data support for empirical analysis.Then analysing urbanization how to increase farmers' income from the angle of the theory:accelerating the transfer of rural surplus labor force,accelerating rural land large-scaleoperation,increase the demand for agricultural products,increase financial support to agriculture and increase farmers' income.The last is the empirical analysis,using cointegration test and error correction model,using Eviews6.0 to test the short-term and long-term relationship between urbanization level and the income of farmers,in order to test the specific impact of urbanization on the income of the farmers,using the mathematical method of grey correlation calculate the correlation degree between the level of urbanization and farmers' income components.The empirical results show that there is a long-term balanced relationship between urbanization level in liaoning province and farmers' income,urbanization development level for every increasing unit,will promote farmers' income increased by 4.4642 units,15.82% of the income of the farmers for the short-term deviations from the balanced section will be modified.Through the analysis of grey correlation,urbanization of liaoning province have had a positive impact on increase of farmers income,the order size of correlation degree is operational income,wage income,property income,and transfer income.Finally,based on the theoretical and empirical analysis to puts forward several suggestions for increase of farmers' income of liaoning province: continue to promote urbanization and improve the quality of urbanization;deepen the reform of rural land system and promote the effective circulation of land;promote equalization of basic public services in urban and rural areas,to achieve balanced development of urban and rural areas;promote the development of labor-intensive industries,increase the employment of farmers;accelerate the urban and rural infrastructure construction,strengthen the the relationship of urban and rural areas.
