The Third Plenary Session of the party’s eighteen "decision" emphasized that adhere to the new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics and promote to the people at the core of urbanization, promote integration of large, medium and small cities and coordinated development of small towns, industrial and urban development, promoting coordination of urbanization and the building of a new countryside. Meixian area beautiful scenery and good ecological environment,beautiful environment, accelerate the construction of new urbanization, is conducive to promoting the local "three rural" regional economic development. In recent years,Meixian area as Meizhou city accelerate the vanguard of development, with withdraw Meixian County districts, new urbanization rapid development, economic and social sustainable development. Moreover, the development of Meixian District,and greatly promote the economic development of neighboring counties(cities,districts). At the same time we should also see that although Meixian is a city, but the development of urban and rural areas two contradictions still exist, to further accelerate the construction of new urbanization, promote urban and rural integration in Meixian. The to Meizhou Meixian area new urbanization process as an example,through investigations and refer to the relevant information, etc. to understand the development of the urbanization of the county area. Analysis Meixian, Meixian, its unique natural conditions and social economic conditions, problems of current Meixian area new urbanization research, combined with the current policy and the actual local situation, the reasonable suggestion was put forward for the construction of new towns in Meixian area.
