A Study On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In Meixian Of Meizhou

Throughout Chinese history,We will find that agricultural production has a decisive role in the survival and development of China,which directly related to people's livelihood and social stability.Although China is a large agricultural country,it is not an agricultural power.The competitiveness of agricultural products in the international market is far lower than that of other developed countries.Therefore,occupation ability and comprehensive skills of farmers still needs to be improved,our country needs to cultivate a batch of new professional farmer in order to improve the efficiency of agricultural production,which makes the research on the cultivation of professional farmers has great meaning both in theory andreality.First of all,on the basis of the basic concepts involved in the article,this paper makes a review of the relevant literature on the cultivation of professional farmers both at home and abroad,and makes some comments.Secondly,this paper takes Meixian as an example to carry out the research to analyse the current situation,problem and cultivation of the new professional farmers and discuss the relationship between the cultivation of the new professional farmers and the factors.At the same time,analysing the developed countries' successful cultivation mode of the new professional farmers and refering to the relevant practical experience,this paper summarize the characteristics of the major developed countries to cultivate new professional farmers in the process of modernization.And the enlightenment and experience of the cultivation of the new professional farmers will be used in Meixian.At last,this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem of the new professional farmers in Meixian.From the perfect training policy,propaganda work,reasonable training time and place,optimal content and methods of the training of farmers and the construction of grass-roots agricultural technology service system,we put forward some feasible countermeasures.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,through the construction of infrastructure and training base and the optimization of training content,the Meixian gradually establish a system of agricultural education and training.Second,there are still some problems in the cultivation of professional farmers in Meixian,including the low quality of farmers,the imbalance of the structure of agricultural labor and the traditional single mode of cultivation.Third,desire of the professional farmers' education in Meixian and is mainly mainly related to the age of farmers and whether they are engaged in agricultural activities.in addition to the age,the education effect is associated with farmers' attention to the occupation education.Fourth,the lack of talent,the establishment of long-term training mechanism and the construction of good nurturing environment should be pay attention to in the education of the professional farmer in Meixian.
