Study On The Management Strategy Of Modern Vegetable Seedling Industry In Liaoning Province

However, research on seed industry mainly concentrated in the nursery technology, needle of industry management and development are rarely studied. In China since the 1980s, the introduction of industrialized grow seedlings technology, after more than 30 years of exploration and development and achieved certain results, but overall development of seedling industry in slowly. China’s annual vegetable seedling transplanting area of more than acres, with more than 680 billion plant seedlings, the number and size of the existing nursery enterprises is far less than the demand.In this paper, the use of empirical research method, literature research method, comparative research method, through the interview and investigation, questionnaire of Liaoning Province is now the vegetable seed industry were investigated. By the end of 2014, Liaoning facilities in an area of about 73.33 million hectares, vegetable total yield reached 32.4 million tons, the output value of more than 700 million. The number of vegetable seedlings transplanting is about 11 billion, the application of modern nursery only 4 billion 500 million strains, most retail, vegetable farming cooperatives also used the traditional way. This paper makes an investigation and analysis of equipment and facilities from the varieties and different types of substrate, seedling of four affected seedling main technical factors of enterprises selected 25 seed companies survey, the survey results show that:1.The seed enterprises mainly used the type of facility for solar greenhouse, followed by plastic film greenhouse, the degree of mechanization overall low, most nursery without seeding assembly, grafting machine, fertilizer integration equipment, most of the work still rely on manual; 2.Analysis of the varieties of seedlings showed companies with variety advantages can improve the enterprise’s reputation, but the majority of Liaoning province seed enterprises or the surrogate based, combined with a variety of advantages not formed the business model Liaoning province; 3.Most of enterprises are using the imported seed matrix, applied probability matrix is much higher than the domestic accidents; 4.Different effects of seedling ways of seed enterprises mainly reflected in both risks and benefits, grafting seedlings of profit is about seedling seeding times, but the occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests of risk than seedlings, about twice as high.Currently, Liaoning Province various forms of seed breeding center, a total of about 300, the annual output of more than 10 million lines of the seed enterprises about 200, mainly concentrated in northern Liaoning Province in the west of Liaoning Province and the central region of Liaoning Province. The business model is mainly divided into three categories, namely industrial expansion type, agent type and free type seedling breeding, and through on-the-spot investigation method and comparative study method and selects three types of enterprises on its business model, management structure, staffing, management characteristics and economic benefit are analyzed and compared deeply and through the analysis of the overall and case, found in Liaoning province of the seed enterprises existing management structure is unreasonable, the lack of long-term enterprise development planning, low value-added products, the problem of seedling quality is not stable, the seed industry is technology innovation backward, technology, management, variety is not matching, the traditional industrial layout is unreasonable. The concept of strong, low degree of mechanization, the seedling industry supporting industry system is difficult to set up, summed up the main restricting the development of the seed industry raw vegetables Because of the seed industry with high investment and high risk has both the characteristics of high output, high efficiency, but the seed field scale of production is not enough or management improper caused efficiency is not high. And according to the seedling industry existing problems, the paper puts forward the top-level design pyramid structure, and improve the operation and management strategies, improve economic benefits.
