Investigation And Analysis For The Feed Enterprises In Liaoning Province

Feed industry as an important part of agricultural economics has been repaid development in the past 30 years. It is also a comprehensive industry which is very important for the civil citizens. It is also a key point to connect agriculture, livestock feeding and animal production processing. At the same time, the feed industry relates to the supply of urban and rural residents’ daily animal products and has an influence on the live level and body healthy of residents. Feed enterprises as the core of the feed industry, their operation and development not only determine the quality of the development of feed industry, but also in respect of the development of the industries which are related with feed industry.This research puts the operation of feed companies as the research point. Mainly refers of enterprise operation is a series of activities for business management, produced and sell which are basis on internal and external environment, putting market demand and customer expectations as the product goal and putting corporate earnings as the business objective. The paper chooses the human recourse management, produce, and purchasing and technology application as the internal management part and uses the government policies as the external part. This paper treats Liaoning Province as the research area. Via literature reviewing, analyzing and summarizing research results and using questionnaires to feed enterprises in Liaoning Province, electronic surveys or field interviews are eligible to obtain the required data. And then use the data to analysis the business situation of the feed companies in Liaoning Province. From the basic information of the feed enterprise in Liaoning Province and the basic situation of feed enterprises in Liaoning Province, I use six parts to analysis the information just like human recourse management, the information of feed product, the information of the quality control, the information of feed sales, the information of market competition and the information of technology applied. And for the conclusion, give the reasonable suggestions and provides important theoretical basis and practical basis for the feed companies in Liaoning Province.This article uses three aspects to elaborate. First part is introduction. Analysis and summarize the past research results and find some ideas from the results. In second part, I make questionnaires via literature and statistic data and do the investigation, then to analysis the investigation data to grasp the information the business situation of feed companies in Liaoning Province. I introduce the basic information of the feed companies in Liaoning Province first and then I using six parts to analysis the information of the business situation of feed companies in Liaoning Province by human recourse management, the information of feed product, the information of the quality control, the information of feed sales, the information of market competition and the information of technology applied. The last part of the paper is summaries the basic business conditions for the feed companies in Liaoning Province and provides important theoretical basis and practical basis for the feed companies in Liaoning Province.
