With the development of our country's economy,the feed industry has also developed steadily,market competition is also more intense.Haerbin Dalan feed company is a professional production of pig feed enterprises,the company has a fully automated feed production line of 180 thousand tons per year,the existing products include concentrate,full price and Suckling pig material,there are 7 pig feed brand products.As the overall profit level of the industry is declining,competition in the feed industry is intensifying,and the frequent turnover of senior executives,the annual sales volume of the company dropped from 173,000 tons in 2015 to 154,000 tons in 2017.Therefore,how to formulate the marketing strategy of system science,how to improve market competitiveness,it becomes a problem to be solved by the feed enterprises.This thesis will use PEST macro environment analysis method,michael porter's five forces competitive environment analysis method,SWOT analysis method to environmental analysis of Haerbin Dalan feed company.At the same time use the STP analysis company market segment,target market and market positioning is analyzed.Make the marketing strategy of the company,includes product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy.Finally,according to the marketing strategy,make the later safeguard measure,includes construct an effective organizational structure,team building,Incentive mechanism,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of Haerbin Dalan feed company market strategy.Do a good job in marketing strategy,it can improve the market competitiveness of the feed companies,it can also give the feed companies better economic benefits,bring more money,let feed companies have more money to invest in operations,it is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of feed companies,at the same time,it also serves as a reference for the same type of enterprises in theory and practice.
